Kid Friendly Activities

Our volunteers are making sure that kids are welcome to ArtsBlock as well as the Awards ceremony itself. One example is Discover Art! the ArtsBlock Scavenger Hunt

Families will decipher clues by finding each object and answering the questions. We will have two levels. NOVICE Level: complete all 7 red clues, MASTER Level: complete ALL clues.
"Scavengers" may hunt for clues up until October 1st. "Scavengers" will receive a prize by turning in completed Hunts between 3:00 - 6:15 pm, October 1st, at the ArtsBlock Festival Culture Zone during the Governor’s Arts Awards: (1 Marketway West). "Scavengers" will be entered to win one of our three grand prizes! Winners will be randomly drawn at 6:30 pm. You do not need to be present to win.

Hunts will be available at Yorkfest and from several Downtown merchants . . . . more details to follow.
